Former Seattle disc jockey wins honors

CBS Radio’s KLUC-FM/Las Vegas morning host Chet Buchanan has been awarded “The Best of the Silver State XIV” humanitarian award. Not only does Buchanan spend countless hours with dozens of charities throughout Southern Nevada, he also sits on the board of trustees for HELP of Southern Nevada, board of directors for VARIETY — The Children’s Charity and the board of trustees for Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada.
