Changes at KNBC 4/Los Angeles – Layoffs Coming — Buy-Outs Offered – Anchor Chuck Henry is taking a station-offered buyout and will be gone before the end of the year. Reporters Vikki Vargas, Beverly White, Angie Crouch and Kim Baldonado have also accepted buyouts. Layoffs and buyouts will affect all of NBC Universal, a Comcast company. The Los Angeles Times reports, on Wednesday, several executives and staff members learned they were part of the layoffs, according to the sources…WMAQ Meteorologist Paul Deanno is leaving the station, headed for Los Angeles and KCAL/KCBS> in the late morning newscasts…Sheba Turk, WWL 4/New Orleans leaves for an anchor position as weekend anchor at KCAL 9 early next year. Her last day at WWL is December 30. Sheba has spent a decade at WWL, starting out as an associate producer and worked her way up to host the Eyewitness Morning News.
