Walter Kelley leaves Q13 after 23 years. Walter has been with Q13 since the station started doing newscasts.

  1. We love Walter and are so sad that he’s left the Seattle area. We moved to Seattle 20 years ago and have watched him since then. Such a great weatherman. Good luck Walter! We will miss your weather reports very much.

  2. So we moved to western WA 6 months ago from California and quickly learned that somehow the rainy weather was not so bad when Walter was describing the seemingly endless rainy weather. Not sure why or how, but we always felt better about the soggy weather after listening to Walter’s weather forecast. We became very fond of Walter after a few months here and will miss him dearly but at the same time wish the Kelley family only the best. Thanks, Walter
