As we reported to you recently, 1300 KKOL has been off air since it’s handover from Salem Communications to Intelli LLC as part of a swap agreement trading KKOL for 860 KPAM Portland.  Tron Dinh Do ‘s Intelli today filed for a ‘silent’ STA with the feds while “installing new equipment to receive programming”  The company airs Vietnamese programming  on a number of stations it owns or through LMA agreements in a few markets.  It’s safe to assume this will be the new format on KKOL once it returns to the air.
