Fond memories of Frosty Fowler—a great talent and the nicest guy in the world!

I interviewed Frosty about ten years ago. It was on my KIXI Radio Trivia program.
Thanks,

  1. I loved KING the Mighty 1090 in the 60’s. Great personalities, NBC news, Irving Clark talk weeknights and a music range you will never get on radio any longer. Bosa nova, some jazz, middle of the road vocals and classy instrumental covers.

Frosty Fowler and his quips about songs like, “send me the pillow that you drool on.”

Mark Wayne’s Aunt from Uncle …

Halloween nights with Irving Clark and Dr. Poldergiest! “Mutual 2-5080, Clark on KING!”

So much more. Fun, creative radio, at least to a junior high school aged kid.

Now I am a memory and it may be false, but did Bill Cosby do some fill in on occasion?
