KNBC/Los Angeles: Beverly White Among Several To Retire

After 41 years in the tv news biz, Beverly White calls it a day. Beverly White joined NBC4 in 1992 as a general assignment reporter.

At least five veteran newscasters at KNBC have accepted “voluntary early retirement” buyouts and will leave the station at the end of the year. [DEADLINE] In addition to Beverly White, evening news co-anchor Chuck Henry, along with Vikki Vargas, Angie Crouch and Kim Baldonado, accepted the voluntary buyouts that were presented to some staff members earlier this year in the hope of avoiding layoffs.
