  1. This may be a better idea than it appears on the surface. The risk is that Jubal doesn’t perform and two years later everything is based on his persona. The positive side is that the branding is unique…he’s well known in demo…and obviously KISS branding is over in this market. I’d say they have little to lose…and hey, it’s a new day for ALL business and most of the metrics go out the door. Good luck to Jubal…
