Oak Harbor’s KMCQ has been sold to Bustos Media Holdings. The station, 103.3 FM serves Anacortes, Bellingham, Everett, Port Townsend and the San Juan Islands.The Country station was operated by Everett-Snohomish Broadcasting, LLC.
