KZIZ Ownership Transfer

RADIO INSIGHT reports:An ownership restructuring is taking place at South Asian station operator XL Media as “Radio Punjab” 1560 KZIZ Pacific/Tacoma, 100.5 K263BJ Richland WA and 660 KGSV Oildale/102.5 K273CB Bakersfield CA are transferred to Akal Broadcasting for no consideration. Akal Broadcasting owns 620 KIGS Hanford, 1210 KRPU Rocklin/Sacramento, and 1310 KMKY Oakland with 30% of its stake held by the owners of XL Media.
