FCC: 1300 KKOL swap closes

1300 KKOL‘s continued silence off air may be explained by this grant from the FCC today:  Salem’s Inspiration Media LLC has closed on the swap of KKOL to Tron Dinh Do’s Intelli LLC in exchange for News/Talk 860 KPAM “The Answer” in Portland.
