Northwest Broadcasters Gord Lansdell is today reporting that KUSE-LD TV channel 46.1 has been airing only color bars on 46.5 for the past week & is down to 2 programmed channels from 7.  The station is owned by HC2 LPTV Holdings Inc & has an FCC CP to move to channel 12
