FCC: KNKX translator in Raymond gets new frequency

License to cover is granted to Pacific Public Media for 90.7 mHz with 19 watts circular pattern covering Raymond & North Bend nicely.  K214FI rebroadcasts 88.5 KNKX & is a change of frequency for the station’s service.
