Nostalgic read. 1976 was one of the few years I remember where I was on NYE. Listening to an Oompah band stein in hand in a bierstube in Germany while serving in the Army.
Nothing says Happy New Year like Glenn Miller music or an Oompah-pah band.
How can people celebrate the New Year without Big Band music these days? Crazy times!
