Shellie Hart (WARM 106.9) caught a tire slasher on her home’s Ring security camera last night (Saturday 1/2/2021). The quality of the video was such that the culprit might be recognized by one of her West Seattle neighbors. Unfortunately, Shellie’s SUV took three stabs to the passenger front tire. Shellie responded to the loud hissing of the deflating tire and witnessed a man walking away, carrying a knife. That is a tough break. Shellie was wise to not confront the man, but has a video she can show to the police.
Paul Thompson (KPLZ) brought up KCDX 103.1 Phoenix, in conversation. Thompson is enjoying the first days of 2021 in the Mesa-Phoenix area. KCDX is owned by a pharmacist and spins the tunes without deejays or commercials. I lived in San Tan Valley, outside of Mesa, and heard the station in it’s early days, March 2002. KCDX has stayed true to its mission, to stay true to the music. 19 years commercial free! No pledge drives, no PSAs, or breaks of any kind, except station identification several times each hour. KCDX also streams online at http://www.kcdx.com/
