Dude Martin’s Radio Rancho

It’s 3:30 Sunday afternoon, January 5, 1947. From the studios of KGO San Francisco, The American Broadcasting Company presents Dude Martin’s Radio Rancho.

Martin worked during the 1930s and 1940s at KYA, KLX, KSFO, KGO, and on KGO-TV’s “Hoffman Hayride”, sponsored by those “Easy Vision” television sets with their famed green screens.

  1. Thanks Dick! This music brings back so many wonderful memories—Roy, Gene and even Hoppy (even though Cassidy didn’t sing). Jimmy Wakely was fantastic too! Thanks for a beautiful trip down memory lane!
