Ed Bremer, a force at KSER-FM public radio from its inception, died Monday after a year-long battle with cancer. He was 68. Bremer was hired as public affairs director in 1990, months ahead of the independent station going on the air from Everett at 90.7 FM. In the ensuing quarter century, he was instrumental in developing and producing programming. Herald
