KING 5 is a station enthusiastic about DEI. A recent hire at KING 5 apparently appears in a buttload of gay porn pics on the darkside of X. And things get a little hairy, when viewers realize that at least one of the postings was of a picture taken inside the building at KING 5. The story is at FTVLIVE.com (NSFW-H Not safe for work — or home)
If he is given a fist full of termination papers, can he sue for discrimination? Isn’t his a lifestyle choice? Does the KING 5 contract have stipulations about such things being public, especially pictures taken in the KING 5 building amongst them? Questions, questions, questions.
Good on you, KING 5 HR. I can’t think of a Seattle station more deserving of the negative publicity.
On that topic: Why does X.com allow open access to pornography on the site? There are no disclaimers or paywall, just click. Seems like the general public deserves some protection against open access that could easily be viewed by kids.
