A press release from Sinclair had announced the move of CW from KOMO 4.2 to KUNS, which begins in January. Somehow, we missed that memo.

local and national news programming throughout the week as well as CW Sports programming on the weekends.
KUNS will expand the local programming of KOMO News and lifestyle program Seattle Refined currently airing on KOMO 4.1. The station will also add The National Desk and The National Weather Desk programs to the KUNS lineup, providing viewers with realtime national news and regional stories from around the country.
KOMO 4.2 will resume the complete COMET program lineup on January 1, 2024, featuring top sci-fi and fantasy entertainment franchises.

Seattle Times jumps on the “Slam Sinclair” bandwagon because UniVision will be dropped by KUNS-tv for the CW network in January. https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/sinclair-nixes-univision-affiliation-ending-local-spanish-broadcasts/
Perhaps TEGNA, KING 5 and KONG 16 will pick up the Spanish language UniVision network. After all, KING 5 touts itself as embracing equity and diversity.
For all it’s embracing KING has encouraged division. Their hiring policies actually defy Title VII and the entire premise of equality.
Someone should file a discrimination lawsuit against KING 5, if this is true.
I guess there is a demo that watches the CW. (Just not my demo 😉 )
So I’m a bit confused — where does the Univision programming then go?
Good question.
