BEND, Oregon — Veteran KTVZ NewsChannel 21 Chief Meteorologist Bob Shaw announced on today’s Sunrise program that he is retiring in late July, after 24 years on the air — the longest-tenured chief meteorologist in KTVZ’s 45-year history.
