Texan Takes Morning Anchor Position @ KNDO/KNDU

Jessica Jalal comes to the Yakima (KNDO) and Richland (KNDU) stations from Texas. She received her master’s degree in journalism from the University of North Texas and her bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. She was a reporter, weather forecaster, and anchor for a student-run news station NTTV at UNT. Jessica went on to work for Snap, Inc. as a news curator for its Snap Map, working with user generated content types of news stories.

  1. Stopped watching news with Jessica Jalal just don’t care for her or watching her mouth move. Change the channel to kepr.

  2. I remember KNDU, KEPR, and KVEW from growing up in Eastern Washington. It was also an entry market for WSU grads.
