Jubal Fresh Sues Hubbard, Former Employer

Lance Venta reports: iHeartMedia CHR “Hits 106.1” KBKS Seattle morning host Jubal Fresh is suing former employer Hubbbard Radio for wrongful termination. In a suit filed in June 2020, Fresh alleges that Hubbard sent him a letter in January 2020 stating that the company had grounds to terminate his employment for cause due to his “inappropriate, unprofessional, offensive, and insubordinate conduct” including posts he made on Facebook and YouTube.

    1. Jubal has had a couple runs at podcasting previously. Right now he is making money at iHeart and a syndication deal.

  1. After reading some of his online postings Hubbard may have had grounds for termination. I would imagine he had a contract with Hubbard stating conditions of employment. Cue the lawyers.

That said It seems Fresh was a bit beyond his freshness date……
